The 801 St. Joesph Street condos are upscale condos on the corner of Carondelet and St. Joesph.  The complex of 23 units encompasses a large garage and several large town homes on the street and the courtyard.  Its basically 4 separate buildings.

The upscale condos are large. Many have exposed brick, crown molding, floor molding, high ceilings, and wood floors. The open floor plans make the condos very livable. All the units I have seen have some very nice views of the street or courtyard.   

The condos have a beautiful tropical courtyard, in ground pool, garage parking, secure entrance, and an exercise room.

The location is getting better all the time. When I started selling condos in 2004 this location was on the outskirts of the warehouse district. It is no more. An easy walk to Lee Circle, Superdome, Rouses and the train station.

The town homes are at either end of the courtyard and are much larger than most of the condos. They are part of the association. A few of the pictures were taken before Hurricane Katrina.  The building next door collapsed and the brick wall fell down. It was repaired years ago. 

This is one of the first condos I remember showing years ago. It had everything one would want. Not a lot of turnover in this building now.
