The 4007 St. Charles Avenue Condos are 62 units built in the 1970’s. The units cover the entire block on St. Charles.  All the units have gated parking with an entrance and exit on the Avenue. The 3 story building are one bedroom units each measuring about 700 sq. ft. of living space. A lot of the units are still somewhat dated while some have been updated.
