The 24 condos in the association were one of the early Uptown New Orleans Conversions. The school house dates back to 1910 and the conversion took place in the 1980’s. This means many of the units have been updated and changed over the years.

The association has moderate condo fees. Each unit has an assigned parking spot and storage shed. The gated parking is off Annunciation  Street. There is also a salt water pool and larger courtyard.

The three story building has an elevator. A lot of Historic features have been left in tact.

You are 3 blocks from Magazine Street and a block from Tchoupitoulas Street which gets upi downtown quickly and to Audubon Park going the other way.
