The 77 condos on Lake Marina Drive are across the street from the marina. The condos have 3 stories with ample parking for guests and owners. The condos are one and two bedroom units ranging from 800-1140 sq. ft. of living. Elevators and many stairs to all the units.

Enjoy the swimming pool, courtyard, sun deck,and all the green space in front of the complex. Its an easy walk to restaurants,coffee shops, supermarkets, West End Park, Lake Pontchartrain.

Many of the units have been updated over time as this complex was built in the 1970’s. Prices are moderate. Its easy to get down to the French Quarter, City Park, Downtown in under 15 minutes on a busy day.

Many of the units have small Balconies off the bedroom. The units do open to a covered walkway. Secure entrance from street and parking on both sides of the building. 

I think the condos are a good buy because of the prices and how really close they are to a lot of activities. Low condo fees and prices are nice to have in the New Orleans Market.
