The 1020 Esplande Condos that has 24 units spread over 3 floors in the main building and more surrounding the courtyard.  This was once an Italian Hall for Italian immigrants that settled in this area of town. Converted to condos in the 1990’s.

A couple of thing separates this condo complex from many in the French Quarter. The units have parking in a gated lot about 100ft. from the back door on Baracks and N. Rampart. The nicest feature is the large common area that has a pool, fountain, open space,an outdoor kitchen and that tropical feel. 

Many of  the units are of different floor plans and sizes. Some have balconies, great views, no views, patios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. Some have been updated and others have not. 

I like the location on Esplanade as you are out of the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter but still very close to all the venues that people like.

Love the wide hallway leading to the tropical courtyard through the center of the buildingwith the open atrium feel. The rear units open onto Balconies with lots of natural light from the French doors.
