The condos at 2326 Magazine were redone in 2007 and completely renovated. They are much like new construction but the developer kept many of the historic features. The 5 units were all great units with each having its great points. The front two units were the first to sell. Many times a developer prices the units based on a square footage basis. They may charge more for the porch and gallery units. Buy one as these are what people want.
The condos have parking in the rear. The developer redid his home next door so I knew he cared more than most. He put brick drives and walkways all around the condos. Details like the fence, porch, and gallery were all restored with historic details.
