The condos have been gutted so essentially they are like new units. New a/c systems, stackable washer and dryer, new stainless appliances, marble counters, wood floors, natural light and an open floor plan. All the units are one bedrooms of 633 sq. ft. of living but they seem larger than than due to the easy floor plan.

Being all new is a big deal.  Its clean and you are less likely to have a number things breaking. New remodels do get a premium over units that are 10-15 years old.

The condos with gated parking are selling for 239k and the ones without parking are 209k. You can easily park on the street or side streets. There is not a spot for every unit.

Love the courtyard and pool. All the units open to a covered walkway.  Be on the first or second floor. Easy steps. You have a gym, swimming pool, open courtyard, secure entrance, bike storage, new doors, new windows, and a vacation feel in that the common areas are large for 40 units.
