The River Bend Condos are a  3 story 40 unit gated complex near  Loyola and Tulane University. Off-street parking in the rear of the units. Gated entrance and court yard, pool, washer-dryer, and elevators. The units are flats meaning everything is on one floor and most are townhouse style with the bedrooms on the second floor. There are two and one bedroom units ranging in size from 650 sq.ft. to around a 1000 sq. ft. for the 2 bedrooms units. The prices  are reasonable but the units are going to be older and many that I have seen are not updated. There are not a lot of complexes in the area so these have a built in demand.
