The Lafayette Oaks Condos at 1436 Jackson Avenue are ideally located.  There are 16 larger units ranging in size from about 1800 sq.ft. of living area to a little over 2000 sq. ft.  There is a gated garage for parking next door. Each unit has a storage closet next the the parking area. There are stairs and an elevator to the five floors.

All the units open to an atrium with stairs down to the courtyard and to the front gate. The secure gate is manned by a full time attendant. It’s very unusual for condos of this size to have some many amenities. You will have higher condo fees here since the units are large, you have a large garage and some well kept up common areas. I am guessing these were turned into condos around the year 2000.
