About The Victorian Condos

The Victorian Condos across from Coliseum Square is an association of 11 condos  converted from apartments in about 2002-2003.  This was once a large Victorian Home. The condos are truly unique in that the units have such a historic feel.  The developer left many of the historic features in tact.

There is a front yard and large porch for the two large  front units that are each 3 story units that incorporate the torrents. Most of the condos have on site parking. Street parking is easy for visitors and second cars.

The high ceiling, wood floors, large windows, wood work really give all the units a historical feel.

There is a large courtyard and swimming pool in the rear of the complex for all to enjoy.

The location across from Coliseum Square and many historic homes in the neighborhood are second to none. You are several blocks to Magazine Street, several blocks to St. Charles Avenue and the streetcar line. You can walk 5 blocks to the New Orleans Warehouse District.
