The Provincial Condo Association has 12 units in the complex. The 500 South Jefferson Davis Condos are close to a lot of things in Mid-City. You can walk to the bus line on Tulane Avenue and the streetcar line of Canal Street. The Medical Center is not that far away. Bayou St. John is also not that far away.

Having an assigned garage parking spot is a big plus for condos. Guest can easily park on the street. The garage has a stairway to the unit which is an easy walk once you park your car and close the door with your clicker.
