The Carriage House Condos were competed in 2006. Its like new construction as everything was new then. Only the walls and windows were saved.  The 14 condos are large with large rooms and open floor plans. The 4 story building as parking and units on the first floor. Take the elevator up to all the units.

The condos reflect upscale New Orleans Warehouse Condo living with high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick, wood floors and open spaces. The finishes are an upgrade of most condos from this time period. There are larger units. A few units have outdoor patios.

The downtown location being a block from Poydras and several blocks from St. Charles gives the Carriage House a central location in the Warehouse District.  Its an easy walk to the French Quarter and the Louisiana Superdome.
