The Sugar Plantation Condos were completed as condos in 2005 in the heart of the New Orleans Warehouse District. The warehouse was completely gutted making the units essentially new condos. The complex sold out in a matter of 48 hours.

The 43 units had a lot of character with wood beams, some units having exposed brick, some having patios and some having balconies.

There has been little turnover in the last couple of years.  The area has blossomed since they were built.

The units on the street were to be commercial spaces. Some have been turned into condos since 2005. You are right next door to Emeril’s.
